This chilling show is the fictionalized account of Jurgen Bartsch (Tobias Schenke), a sexually quelled adolescent butcher’s partner who got to be famous in Germany when he was indicted for the homicides (and resulting necrophilia) of four young men somewhere around 1962 and 1966. The story is told through flashbacks, as the post-conviction Bartsch recalls his childhood and violations. In light of a book by U.S. columnist Paul Moor.
Intriguing endeavor to investigate the brain of Jurgen, a child executioner, who is truly only a child himself at the time. The motion picture gives no easy answers but instead tosses a reiteration of pyschological issues the adolescent experienced and afterward abandons it to the viewer to sort out his/her own particular decisions.
